I organize a number of training courses in Microsoft Teams, and lately I have had a lot of courses where blind people have attended. It seems as if the shortcuts in Microsoft Teams is only set up for English keyboard, and this is a big problem since I am in Norway, and all the participants are Norwegian and use Norwegian keyboards on their computers - thus the shortcuts do not work.
Are there any addition tools that can be used so that blind people also can manage their way around for setting up Teams meeting, and also to have the possibility to control the toolbars and settings in Teams. This especially is difficult when attending a Team meeting. It is just not possible for a blind person to navigate and find their way around. I would love to get any recommendations on which tools are helpful to use for blind people when using Microsoft Teams. I am not blind myself and therefore do not have an overview of how to deal with this problem.
That does sound like a serious problem. Unfortunately, you've selected an inappropriate forum in which to describe it. The "Access" in the title of this forum refers to the Access application which is part of Office or whatever name is currently en vogue. You can magnify the entire screen or just a part of it and move the magnifier where you want it on your desktop.

You can increase the size of pages in Word documents, PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets and other documents in Office. Or, you can use the slider on the status bar to zoom in and out. You can also specify the Zoom from the View tab on the Ribbon.
